Asher Stevens is a legend when it comes to Wildcat football.  If the gossip that swirls through campus is true, he’ll be one of this year’s top NFL draft picks.  To say I can’t stand the guy is a major understatement.  Other women might be taken in by his handsome face, chiseled body, and athletic prowess, but not me.  I see him for what he is—a muscle bound, steroid-infused meathead who drinks like a fish, smokes weed, and screws like he’s been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of conjugal visits.

So what if my pulse trips every time our gazes collide?

Or my panties dampen when he lays hands on me?

It means nothing.

After three and a half years of steering clear, it seems like my luck has finally run out.  Everywhere I go, there he is.

Needling me at the restaurant where I work—check.

Colliding on campus when I’m running late—double check.

Showing up in a parking lot after an accident—triple check.

No matter what I do, I can’t get away from the guy.

To make matters worse, my life is on the verge of imploding and the one person I want to avoid like the plague is the very same one who comes to my rescue, making me an offer I can’t refuse.  One that involves spending time alone with him when that’s the last thing I want to do.

You know what scares me most?

The fleeting glimpses I catch buried beneath all the hype.  The ones that suggest he’s deeper and more intelligent than I suspected.

Resisting the campus legend is easy.

Resisting the man he’s slowly revealing himself to be isn’t.

B&N Campus God Ebook Cover[2686].jpg

Crosby Rhodes is considered a god when it comes to Western Wildcats football.
And who knows?
Maybe he actually is one.  There’s certainly no shortage of girls on campus who agree with the sentiment.  They swoon over his pretty face, dark messy hair, and hard body honed from years of lifting and two-a-day practices.  That alone makes him catnip for the female species.
Add a lip ring and surly disposition to the package and you can understand what all the fuss is about.
Would I be included in that majority?
Hell, no.
As far as I’m concerned, Crosby can eat shit and die.  The guy is a major jerk.  Not to mention, a pain in my assets.  And that’s putting it nicely.  For reasons I’ve never understood, he goes out of his way to humiliate and hurt me.  His barbed comments are always a direct hit before exploding on impact.
I’d love to know what I did to elicit such hatred but that would involve conversing with him and I refuse to do that.  There’s only one more semester before graduation.  Surely, we can get through the next six months without coming to blows.
That’s the hope, anyway.
Which is exactly why I’m thrown off guard when my nemesis pulls me aside and suggests a truce.  Do I necessarily trust him after everything he’s put me through?
Nope.  For the time being, I’ll agree so there can once again be peace in the kingdom all the while keeping him at a firm distance.  Except that turns out to be impossible.  Everywhere I go, there he is.  It’s like I can’t get away from him.  More shocking than that, he’s actually being nice.
If stomping out the underlying attraction that would constantly flare to life between us was difficult before, it’s all but impossible now.  But that’s exactly what I’m going to do.  I’ve been burned by one athlete, I won’t let it happen again.

Know what the problem is with crushing on your best friend?
That there’s not a damn thing you can do about it.  Especially if you don’t want to blow up your entire relationship.  Easton is the guy I turn to when I need...well, just about everything.  And what I’ve learned over the years is that friendship is more difficult to come by than hookups and boyfriends.
Plus, it’s not like he sees me as anything other than his soccer playing gal pal.  The one he used to sneak out of the house with when we were teenagers.  But we’re not kids any more.  At the end of this year, we’ll graduate and go our separate ways.  Why that thought fills me with sadness, I don’t know.
Actually, I do.  And that’s the problem.
So, when my roommate suggests going out with her hot, hockey playing cousin, it seems like the perfect opportunity to move on from this crush.  According to her—and I quote—the best way to get over one guy is to get under—
I’m pretty sure you know how the saying goes.

Carson Roberts is Western University’s most sought after tight end.  He’s the total package.  A pretty face to go along with all those sculpted muscles—check.  An Academic All-American—double check.  A guaranteed one-way ticket to the NFL after graduation—triple check.
Did I also happen to mention that he’s my brother’s best friend, which means I grew up with the guy and have crushed on him for nearly just as long?
We’re talking a decade of unrequited yearning here, folks.  Don’t worry, I’m slowly coming to terms with the fact that he’ll never see me as anything more than the little sis he never had.
Sort of.
And even if he did just so happen to notice that I’ve filled out and no longer wear braces, Brayden would have a major conniption.  When it comes to the male species, he’s ridiculously overprotective.  Any guy who has so much as given me a bit of side-eye has been treated to a swift and memorable beat down.
Which is precisely why I’m still in possession of my V-card.
Want to know how to make being a twenty-year-old virgin with a major crush on her brother’s best friend even more pathetic?
Blurt out at a frat party that you’ve spent all these years saving yourself for him.  Sadly, I can’t even blame it on the alcohol because I don’t drink.
If you’re thinking it can’t possibly get more humiliating than that, you’d be wrong.
Oh.  So.  Wrong.

Brayden Kendricks might be God’s gift to the female species at Western University, but I want nothing to do with the dark-haired football player.  The guy is an attention seeking you-know-what who soaks up fan adoration like it’s his due in life for being hot and talented.
Damn.  Did I just say that?
All right, fine...I’ll grudgingly admit that Brayden is decent looking.  I suppose if you’re into guys who resemble Greek gods with abs of steel and chiseled pecs, then sure, one could consider him attractive.
Am I guilty of having a tiny, practically non-existent crush on him freshman year?
I’d prefer not to answer that question.
Thankfully, I quickly came to my senses and have made a concerted effort to steer clear of Brayden ever since.  It hasn’t been easy, considering that my bestie is now dating his roommate and we’ve been thrown together for an accounting project.  You’d think after years of baring my teeth at him like a rabid dog, the guy would have gotten the memo that I’m not interested.
Apparently not, since he’s spreading word around campus that we’re going out.
I mean, can you even imagine?
Dating Brayden Kendricks?
I have four words for him...

The Boy Next Door

I’ve spent more years than I care to admit crushing hard on Colton Montgomery.  The blond, blue-eyed hottie leaves a trail of broken hearts in his wake wherever he goes.  Mine being one of them.  Just when I’d decided to cut my losses and move on, he appeared out of nowhere and swept me off my feet.  It had all seemed like a fairytale until he dumped me.
Through text message, no less.
Eighteen months and one study abroad program later, I’ve returned to Wesley University to finish out my senior year.
And Colton?
He’s nothing more than a regrettable mistake I’d prefer to forget.  Or so I tell myself.  It only takes one run-in to realize that my feelings for him aren’t as dead and buried as I’d thought.  Nope, they’re still there, simmering dangerously beneath the surface.
He wants a second chance to make things right.
That’s not going to happen.
But Colton has other ideas.
And part of me is afraid that if he actually puts his mind to it, he’ll end up changing mine.

Campus Player

(Barnes & Noble) Campus Player Ebook Cov

Trust me when I say that Rowan Michaels fever is alive and well at Western University.  His fanbase is legendary.  The guy is a major player.
Both on and off the field.
Girls fall all over themselves to be with him.  They fill the stands at football practice, show up at parties he’s rumored to be at, and basically stalk him around campus.
It’s a little nauseating.
Don’t these girls have any self-respect when it comes to a hot guy?
Fine...I’ll admit it, he’s good looking.  If you’re into that kind of thing.  Which I’m not.  I’ve got school and soccer to keep me busy which is exactly why I avoid him like an unfortunate clap diagnosis.
Too bad for me that Rowan is my father’s star quarterback.  He’s practically part of the family, attending Wednesday night dinners with us.  To make matters worse, we’re in the same major and get stuck together in classes every semester.  It’s like the universe is trying to play a cosmic joke on me.  The one guy I’d like to steer clear of is the very same one I can’t seem to get away from.
But what if Rowan isn’t the manwhore I pegged him to be?
What if one little secret has the capability to change everything between us?

Crazy for You

crazy for you.jpg

Tyler Nelson

College quarterback.  Rob Lowe dreamy.  Older brother’s best friend.

I’ve crushed hard on Ty ever since he kissed me at a school dance when I was fourteen years old.  Sure, he only did it to make me feel better, but that’s beside the point.  It was the best five seconds of my life.  Now that I’ve graduated from high school, it seems like the perfect time to show him that I’m not the dorky little kid with braces he left behind.

Danielle Wentworth

Newly minted Pine Grove graduate.  Elizabeth Shue adorable.  Best friend’s younger sister.

I’ve spent years trying to force Dani from my head.  I mean, come on, she’s my best bud’s little sis.  Brett will pummel my a$$ if he finds out I’ve been perving on her.  That alone should be enough to keep me in check.  All it takes is one look from across a crowded party for me to realize that I can’t fool myself any longer.  I want to make that girl mine.

Welcome back to the 80’s baby.  Put away the Aqua Net and slip into something a little more comfortable with one of these twelve couples as they fall in love in Pine Grove.

Queen of Hawthorne Prep

(with crest) Final Queen of Hawthorne Pr

A seemingly idyllic school where ivy clings to the thick stone walls and a wrought iron gate keeps out the townies who can’t afford to foot the hefty price tag.
A couple of months ago, the idea of being ripped away from my life in Chicago and plunked down in the middle of nowheresville, Wisconsin was unimaginable.  Laughable, even.  And yet, here I am, forced to wear a short plaid skirt and navy blazer to school every day.  The only silver lining is the brand spanking new G-wagon parked in the weathered brick drive.  All I have to do is make it through senior year and then I’m off to college.
Shouldn’t be a problem, right?
In a school like this, flying under the radar is impossible.
There’s a king who presides over the kingdom and he’s set on forcing me to my knees so I can kiss the crown.  Unbeknownst to me, being a Hawthorne in this town comes with a price and he’s going to make damn sure I pay what’s owed.

The Girl Next Door

The Girl Next Door Ebook Cover 2.JPG

Mia Stanbury is the quintessential girl next door.  Smart, beautiful, and determined.  She’s got it all going on.  Is it any wonder that she’s been on my radar for as long as I can remember?  We’re talking middle school, folks.
Fine, I’ll admit that I’ve made a few boneheaded mistakes as far as she’s concerned, but what can I say?  I’m a dude.  Sometimes I think with the wrong head.  We’ll just chalk it up to one of the hazards of having a Y chromosome and leave it at that.
But I’m older now.
More mature.
Sort of.
Mia has spent all of high school and college keeping me at a distance.  If she didn’t melt in my arms every time I put my hands on her, I’d almost think she was immune to my charms.  Turns out that’s not the case.
This is our last year at Wesley before we go our separate ways.  Me to the NFL, her to law school.  It’s now or never.  I’m done playing games and allowing her to push me away.
I was her first and I’ll damn well be her last.

Heartless Ebook Cover[3573].jpg

There was a time when Skye Sinclair was my entire world, then she dumped my ass and took off.  I won’t lie, it took time (AKA—booze and women) to pull myself together again.
So you can imagine my dismay when Skye rolls back into town.  Her timing couldn’t be worse.  I’ve fought my way back from a career ending injury and have everything to prove this season.  Skye is a distraction I can’t afford.  She’s hoping we can coexist on campus for the next nine months.  That’s not going to happen.  One run-in is all it takes for me to realize that I haven’t moved on.  I still want her.
Know what else I want?
To bring that girl to her knees.
Skye can pretend all she wants that she’s over me, but her body will betray her every chance it gets.  I’m going to make damn sure my touch is the only one she craves.  And when I’m done with her, I’ll be the one walking away.

Just Friends

just friends.JPG

Can a guy and girl ever be just friends?
I used to think so but now, I’m not so sure.  Emerson and I met freshman year of high school and we’ve been tight ever since.  I’ve been pretty good about keeping her locked in the girls I don’t think about having sex with part of my brain.  Which is no easy feat because, let’s face it, unless we’re related, you’re potential spank bank material.  Luckily for me, Southern University has an overabundance of Red Devils hockey groupies, which means there are always plenty of puck bunnies for me to choose from.  I’m just careful to make sure they look nothing like Em.
So, it should be all good in the hood, right?
Wrong.  I’m embarrassed to admit this, but lately, I can’t seem to get it up.  Unless an image of Em pops into my head.  Then it’s all systems go.  It’s a messed-up situation.  One Emerson is blissfully unaware of.  And that’s exactly the way it needs to stay.  What I’ve learned is that friendship is a hell of a lot harder to come by than hookups.
Ready for a complication?  It turns out that Em is a virgin.  And she wants me to be the one to, well…take care of business.  You better believe I shot down the idea before it could gain traction in my brain.  Maybe Em doesn’t realize it, but remaining friends after you’ve slept with someone happens about as often as spotting a tie-dye colored unicorn that craps sprinkles.  If it weren’t rare, everyone would be doing it, right?  Exactly.
As far as I’m concerned, Emerson has remained a virgin for this long, she can damn well wait to do the deed until after we part ways next year.
Unfortunately, my best friend has other ideas.
Which pretty much means I’m screwed.
And not in a good way.

The Breakup Plan

Final The Breakup Plan Ebook[3842][3133]

Grayson McNichols can have his pick of girls on this campus.  Just ask him and he’ll tell you that the females of Hillsdale University have a real penchant for sexy, hockey playing hotties.  Hell, all he has to do is flash a smile in their direction and they fall right onto their backs and spread their legs.
Would I happen to be one of them?
Umm…I’m going to plead the fifth on that one.
All right, fine.  You caught me.  I made the mistake of knocking boots with Gray freshman year.  What can I say?  I’m a sucker for gorgeous guys with inky black hair, bright blue eyes, and dimples.  And don’t even get me started on his chiseled chest and abs of steel…
After we hooked up, I never heard from Gray again.  Not that I expected too.  Okay, that’s a lie.  Maybe for one brief, delusional moment, I thought I might be different.  You know, the girl who changes the hockey playing bad boy for the better (cue the laughter).  But he swiftly disabused me of that notion by moving on to fresh meat in the blink of an eye.
Which is precisely why I’ve avoided Grayson like the plague ever since.
Fool me once, shame on you.  Fool me twice, and I totally deserve what I get.
Well, I don’t plan on falling into that trap ever again.
Except…now our parents are dating, and Gray’s come up with a cockamamie plan to break them up that has disaster written all over it.

Love to Hate You

Love to Hate You Ebook (Amazon)[2943][20

Carter Prescott is one of those guys who has it all.  Wealthy family…check.  Good looks…check.  Brains to match all that brawn…check.  And let’s not even talk about all those sculpted muscles (no—seriously, I don’t want to talk about them).  The guy works out like it’s his job.  Did I mention that he’s one of this year’s top NFL draft picks?
Sure, maybe in the beginning I was taken in by his pretty face and gorgeous body.  What girl with a beating pulse wouldn’t be?  But his obnoxious presence killed any attraction I might have felt a long time ago.
All right, fine…that’s not altogether true.
The guy is smoking hot, okay?  There, I admitted it.  Sheesh.  But that doesn’t mean he’s not a conceited jerk.
Carter is my cousin’s best friend, and thanks to the fugue state I must have been in when I agreed to this living arrangement, he’s my roommate for senior year.  Everything would be fine between us if he would just stop messing with me.  But he’s incapable of restraining himself.  So when he takes his antics too far, who can blame me for retaliating in kind?
Carter wants to bring a hookup back to the apartment for the night?  Fine by me.  Is there any real harm done if I ambush them in the morning and introduce myself as his baby mama?  Am I taking things too far if I whip up a batch of laxative laced brownies, so he’ll crap himself all over the field?
Nope, I don’t think so…
The real question is how I’m going to make it through eight more months without slowly wrapping my fingers around his…throat and squeezing tight.
I’m sorry, did you think I was going to say something else?
Please, as if that would happen…

Hate to Love You

Ebook of Hate to Love You[2763].JPG

Brody McKinnon is Whitmore University's star defenseman destined for NHL greatness.  He made a name for himself playing juniors before gracing us with his esteemed presence.  As much as it pains me to admit it, he’s exploded at the college level.  While other girls fall all over themselves trying to gain his attention, I do my best to steer clear just as I would a particularly nasty case of crabs.  For reasons I can't fathom, Brody takes great pleasure in messing with me.   And I, in return, enjoy slicing him to ribbons with my razor-sharp tongue.   You'd think after three years, he'd learn to keep his distance.

     No such luck.

Unfortunately for me, I’m about to experience the worst week of my life.  It starts with my ex-boyfriend announcing at a party that I’m a lousy lay.  He’s the hockey-playing jerk I dated last year who left a bad taste in my mouth (*eyeroll* seriously…get your mind out of the gutter).

Want to guess who rides in on his trusty white steed to rescue me?

Or should I say, opens his big mouth?

     Yep, you guessed it.

Brody freaking McKinnon, the guy I love to hate.  He only makes matters worse by telling everyone that we’re together and then punching Reed in the face.  The first…I plan on strangling him for.  The second…I’m only sorry I didn’t get to Reed first.

Now I’m stuck fake-dating Brody, the one guy who makes me feel like a rabid dog on a choke chain, for the foreseeable future.  I guarantee we won’t last more than seventy-two hours without me killing him.

King of Campus

King of Campus.jpg

A USA Today bestseller!
Roan King.
The uncrowned king of Barnett University.  He's like a freaking celebrity around here.  It's totally ridiculous.  People, by which I mean grown women, actually stalk him on the internet.  And around campus.  Apparently, he's god's gift to both football and the ladies (I'm using that term loosely).  All he has to do is smile and girls fall right onto their backs before spreading their legs wide.  I've heard that he's already plowed his way through half the female population at Barnett.  My guess is that he'll work his way through the second half before he gets drafted to the NFL later this year.
Yeah...I don't plan to be one of them.  The guy is nothing more than a conceited player.  You know the type—a steroid infused meathead coasting through college on his football prowess.
I have three words for you—avoid, avoid, avoid.
Need I say more?
I don't think so.
I've had the sad misfortune of running into him on campus.  Literally.  As in—I literally slammed into him before spilling my iced coffee all over that wide rippling chest of his (did I just say that?).  What I learned from the experience is that Roan King is one hell of a cocky son of a—
I also learned that he has the most spectacular chest.
And don't get me started on those abs...  I could probably cut diamonds on them.
Unfortunately for me, Operation—Avoid Roan King isn't going so well.  Everywhere I go, there he is.  If he wasn't so ridiculously hot, he would be a hell of a lot easier to forget.  With his dark hair, shocking, turquoise-colored eyes and (damn him) buff body, he's easily the most gorgeous guy I've ever laid eyes on.
Crap...see what I mean?
I have the sneaking suspicion that Roan King will lead to my utter ruin and downfall.
